Begin your message with “I’d like a personalized order” and briefly describe what you have in mind (e.g., engraving, custom sizing, specific stones or finishes).
Our admin will guide you through available customization options, share mock-ups or design ideas, and confirm any extra charges or timelines.
Once you've approved the details, you’ll receive a payment link or be directed to complete your order securely.
After confirmation, you’ll receive regular updates on your piece’s progress, from crafting to dispatch, right through the chat.
